BTOLS Express is an online marketplace connecting customers with licensed pharmacies. By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data means information that identifies or can identify an individual. Pharmacy means a licensed pharmacy using the platform.
Applies to the mobile application, website, customer support and related services.
We may collect your name, email, phone, address, delivery address, location (with permission), profile photo, order history, prescription uploads, payment metadata, device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version, crash logs, customer support messages and marketing preferences.
To create accounts, authenticate users, process orders, verify prescriptions, coordinate deliveries, provide support, improve services, detect fraud, comply with laws, perform analytics and send service notifications.
Information necessary to fulfil an order is shared with the selected pharmacy. Pharmacies remain responsible for dispensing medicines according to applicable law.
Prescription images are used only to verify prescription medicines and comply with healthcare regulations.
Payments are processed by trusted providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details.
We share only necessary delivery information with logistics providers.
Location permission helps find nearby pharmacies, estimate delivery and prevent fraud. It is optional for many features.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication, preferences and analytics.
The app may use cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications, maps, payment gateways and logistics partners. Their services are governed by their own policies.
We never sell your personal information. We share only where necessary to provide services, comply with law, prevent fraud or complete business transactions.
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, taxation, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
